NAGA WAS THE MOST CONCERNED, KAY.
Logic? Who needs that? Throw it out the window!
Damn you Mako, you horrible person who raised your brother since you were 8 and worked and provided so he didn’t have to. How dare you start to develop feelings for Korra while you’re dating Asami can’t you just not? Can’t you just delete or control your feelings or understand them perfectly? And you just let Korra kiss you?! I mean, your brother was in LIKE with her and they went on a platonic date and even though Korra wasn’t interested in him like that, how can you just return her feelings? You totally should have shoved her away—grab her face and shove! And how DARE you make some mistakes and be poor at communication and feelings—didn’t your dead parents teach you anything? How about your grandparents, I mean they’re only across the world that’s no excuse!
Why can’t you make all the right decisions like all those other flawless characters? How dare you not support Korra when she wants to go behind the President’s back and take his army to fight a battle that isn’t in his city without his permission? How dare you try to explain to her that it’s not the best idea? I mean, what were you thinking?! You totally deserve your desk trashed and thrown across your workplace in front of all your coworkers.
How dare you return the embrace and kiss of the ex girlfriend you still care about when she comes on to you. You are NOT allowed to have any lingering feelings for ex girlfriends. Asami can still have feelings for you and can act on them, she can even instigate a relationship with you, but you are HORRIBLE if you accept her advances. We talked about this—grab the face and shove away!
And risking your life for others? Who does that? What kind of jerk goes with Korra to face a dangerous man who can take away bending? Who becomes a laughing stock at the police station because they want to crack a case and figure out what’s really going on instead of just assuming things? Stop doing your job, Mako. It’s unbecoming.
Who tells the Avatar they love them for who they are, not because they’re the Avatar? Who will always support them and love them? No, no, no, no. It’s all wrong!
Basically, you are just a horrible person Mako, who obvious is trying to drag these girls along and bathe in their tears of pain and anguish. You have no development, you exist to be eye candy, and let’s face it, those eye brows are like Lightning Bolt Zolt’s so OBVIOUSLY you are a criminal mastermind and a bad guy.
Eyebrows don’t lie.
